- eraser
- painters tape
- fine factor black marker
- scanner and printer
Once you've a coarse sketch, you'll start adding information and sharpening up your drawing bit by using bit. Tape your initial drawing to a window (or use a lightweight box). Place an additional piece of paper over it, and trace neatly over the main elements. (Alternatively, you could use tracing paper, which is far simpler ... no window needed!) After you've traced the drawing, get rid of it from the window. Working on a flat surface, add extra info to your sketch. When you get to the point in which some parts of your drawing are operating and some components aren't, tape the new drawing returned as much as the window. Hint over in basic terms the areas that you like. Then, take the paper down and work on recovering the other parts. (Again, you can use tracing paper for this.) Hold repeating this process, until you have a drawing and design that you like.
